Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Organix Lab Pty Ltd. The following information sets out the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Processing your Order
Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping. Upon placement of your order, you should expect to receive an order confirmation to your email address. If you have not received an order confirmation, please verify that you have completed the payment process.
All orders are processed within 2 business days of your payment being authorised and verified. If you place an order over a weekend or on a public holiday, it will be processed and dispatched over the following business days.
Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive an automated email that includes a link to track your package.
Delivery Options
Once your order is placed, an estimated delivery time will be provided to you.
Please note that delivery times commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are an estimate only and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods, due to weather conditions, or due to other postal service delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond Organix Lab Pty Ltd’s control. We do, however, endeavour to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Organix Lab Pty Ltd ships domestically as well as internationally*. If you have a questions about domestic or international deliveries, please contact us at info@kyoornaturals.com.
We also ship to both commercial and domestic addresses. Customers may also have their products shipped to a P.O. Box.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered
Customers are responsible for covering any duties or taxes applicable to their purchase

When placing your order, we consider these factors when calculating the Estimated Delivery Date: Transit time - The amount of time it takes your order to leave our distribution centre and arrive at the local delivery carrier.
We will not be responsible for a wrong shipping address if you provide incorrect information to us
International shipping is available for the following countries only: New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Hong Kong, Korea, Japan, Taiwan, United States of America, Canada, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, EU member states (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden), Norway, Iceland, and Switzerland
International Customs, Duties and Taxes
All orders shipping to a destination outside of Australia are subject to the import duties, fees, and taxes of the destination country. Delays in delivery may occur if your package is randomly selected by your country’s Customs Department. Organix Lab Pty Ltd is not responsible for any possible customs and taxes applied to your order. We have no control over the process or additional charges associated with the delivery and importation of your order into your country. We do not benefit in anyway from these charges and work very closely with our brokers and carriers to ensure as few delays as possible. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. You agree that you are responsible for any duty, taxes, and custom requirements or other like taxes, fees, levies, costs or expenses associated with importing products you purchase from us and shipping them internationally.
Damages
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at info@kyoornaturals.com
Missing or Lost packages
There are several reasons why a package gets lost or becomes a deliver exception. We’ve found that, often, the package is either in the building or with a neighbour. Organix Lab Pty Ltd politely requests that customers look in common courier hiding spots. Please take a look around and let us know if you find it. If you have not located your order, please contact us at info@kyoornaturals.com to report missing or lost packages.
